    Course Learning Objectives

    After completing this module, you will be able to:

    1. Evaluate advanced leadership and management theories and their applications in global health contexts;
    2. Design strategies to address complex organizational challenges, leveraging innovation and creativity;
    3. Demonstrate effective communication, team-building, and conflict management skills to enhance team performance;
    4. Develop inclusive and culturally responsive leadership practices for diverse global health settings;
    5. Analyze resource management strategies to improve financial sustainability and organizational accountability;
    6. Construct collaborative governance models to foster impactful partnerships and governance frameworks; and
    7. Implement trauma-informed and situational leadership approaches to support team resilience and professional development.
