There are several ways to get help with problems related to the UW Global Health E-Learning Program Learning Management System.

Password Problems

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself by entering your email address in the Forgot Password form (if you are already logged in, you can instead change your password). You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

Issues with Using the Learning Management System

In the Participant Support course, you will find many helpful resources on how to interact with the course including viewing course pages, submitting quizzes and assignments, and using the discussion forum. (You must be logged in to access the course.)
