We can get you the answer to your questions faster if you provide the following information:

  • A screenshot of the problem (if applicable. Here's how to take a screenshot),
  • A detailed description of the problem, and
  • Whether you are experiencing the problem on a mobile device.

If emailing your question, please also include:

  • The name of the course (or course topic, e.g., "research" or "project management") and
  • The email address you use to log in to the course.
